Executive Chef

We're seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

• Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to achieve exceptional results
• Develop and implement menu concepts, recipes, and cooking techniques to drive culinary innovation
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, labor, and food costs, to optimize efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create engaging dining experiences that reflect our brand values
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations, maintaining a spotless kitchen environment

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance and engagement
• Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for creating innovative, high-quality dishes
• Experience in managing kitchen operations, including inventory, labor, and food costs
• Ability to manage labor costs, reacting to changing demands as needed
