Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Quality: Ensure all aspects of property maintenance meet our high standards.
  • Vendor Oversight: Regularly inspect work performed by contractors and vendors to guarantee quality and compliance.
  • Cost Control: Implement initiatives to reduce costs by repairing rather than replacing parts, minimizing waste, and optimizing tool usage.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure health and safety regulations, organizational standards, and operational processes are met.
  • Routine Equipment Maintenance: Schedule and perform regular maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  • Safety Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify safety concerns and communicate the physical needs of our communities.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete documentation and paperwork to track service requests.
  • Team Management: Organize and manage daily tasks for the maintenance team.
  • Training and Supervision: Train and supervise the maintenance team, conducting performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property management maintenance or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of building maintenance principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and experience ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Building Management Systems, and Customer Relation Management systems.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule.
