Clinical Operations Director

Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to lead our clinical operations team in delivering exceptional patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a regional team of Nursing Service Managers to drive clinical care excellence.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of services, adhering to regulatory guidelines and company standards.
- Develop and implement clinical operations plans that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and outstanding patient outcomes.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement to continuously raise the bar for care quality.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
- Managerial experience as a charge nurse or nurse supervisor in a clinical setting.
- Further qualifications in nursing leadership, clinical specialties, or operations management.
- Strong understanding of clinical procedures, protocols, and standards of care.
- Experience in leading teams, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
- Ability to develop and implement clinical operations plans that align with business objectives.
- Effective communication skills for liaising between administrative staff, healthcare professionals, patients, and their families.
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare/clinical regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Skills related to budget management, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Ability to oversee multiple activities, manage timelines, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Familiarity with tools and methods for collecting and analysing clinical data to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Being adept with electronic health records (EHR) systems, clinical management software, and other relevant technological tools.
- Dedication to keeping abreast of the latest developments in clinical care, healthcare management, and industry trends.
What We Offer:
- Salary up to £52,000pa plus company bonus.
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
- Home-based with travel to the Midlands for meetings monthly.
- 40 hours per week.
- 36 days annual leave.
