Clinical Operations Director

Meridian Business Support is partnering with a leading Clinical homecare company to recruit a Clinical Operations Manager.
We're seeking a motivated professional to lead, inspire, and manage a regional team of Nursing Service Managers, driving them to deliver exceptional clinical care. As our Clinical Operations Manager, ensure the smooth and efficient operation of services, keeping everything in line with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing clinical operations plans that align with business objectives.
- Liaising between administrative staff, healthcare professionals, patients, and their families.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare/clinical regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Collecting and analyzing clinical data to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in clinical care, healthcare management, and industry trends.
Requirements include:
- Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
- Managerial experience as either charge nurse or nurse supervisor in a clinical setting.
- Further qualifications in nursing leadership, clinical specialties, or operations management.
Benefits include:
- Salary up to £52,000 pa plus company bonus.
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
- Home based with travel to the Midlands for meetings monthly.
- 40 hours per week.
- 36 days annual leave.
