Business Enterprise Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Course Leader to join our Business and Accounting Team at Burton and South Derbyshire College.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent learning experiences to learners on both accredited and non-accredited programmes, ranging from Level 2, Level 3 and Higher Education provision in the area of Business Enterprise.
You will play a key role in planning, delivering, assessing and quality assuring a range of outstanding employer-responsive Business qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality Business and Enterprise curriculum
- Assess and quality assure Business and Enterprise qualifications
- Provide excellent learning experiences to learners
- Work collaboratively with the Business and Accounting Team to achieve team goals
- Contribute to the development of the Business and Accounting Team
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths
- Evidence of qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
