The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in exciting and varied projects, working as part of a team to provide crucial customer support on SeeByte products underpinning our clients' operational capability.

  • You will assist in training delivery, providing proactive support which will include software integration and interpreting customer feedback to help develop the next generation of robust and exciting software solutions for future uncrewed maritime systems.

Apart from your technical expertise, you should possess strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with external partners and clients. You should also be enthusiastic to learn new technology and have a clear and concise communication style.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have experience with complex software/Hardware systems, technical support, and delivering software training. Successful candidates usually have experience providing on-site support for software systems.
