Willing Care is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Nursery Assistant to support the care and development of young children in our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, creating a safe and inclusive environment, and supporting the educational and emotional needs of their young learners.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the daily care of children, including feeding, changing diapers, and supporting nap time routines
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote child development and encourage creativity and learning
* Foster a safe and inclusive environment where all children feel valued, respected, and supported
* Collaborate with the nursery team to maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment for children
* Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on their child's progress and well-being
* Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children in your care

Requirements:

* A passion for working with young children and supporting their development
* Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred or a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
