About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Business Partner to join our team at Intersect Global Ltd. As a key member of our Enterprise Planning function, you will play a critical role in enabling our company to achieve its strategic ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Planning, you will work closely with our Directors and their teams to support functional activity planning and integrate such plans into an end-to-end enterprise planning process.
  • Provide oversight and assurance to drive delivery performance, conducting monthly reviews and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with our company's delivery methodologies and maintain accurate records of initiatives, projects, and programs on our systems.
  • Provide delivery leads with guidance and support to address issues, early identification and proactive management of risks with mitigations.
  • Identify and share areas of delivery excellence to support an overall increase in capability across the organization.
  • Act as liaison between EMMO functions, ensuring that initiatives are managed and controlled to enable successful delivery.
  • Facilitate cross-functional engagement across all planning activities and maintain an in-depth understanding of all initiatives in your area of the portfolio.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of the status of portfolio initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree educated with a recognized PPM certification preferred, e.g., MoP, PRINCE2, MSP.
  • Portfolio, Programme, or Project Management expertise, with no less than 10 years of experience.
  • Experience working within the telecoms, utilities, or other regulated sectors is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of a range of management methodologies and best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience of operating in a business partnering capacity within a complex organization.
  • Significant practical experience in delivery of assurance for programs and projects, with a working understanding of a 3LOD model.
  • Delivery Assurance against central standards - and evidence of having done it.
