Job Summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Regional Training Officer CAMHS to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training programs to our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the training hub with training delivery, as part of the induction program, refresher training, and specialist service/department delivery.
  • Provide support with training requirements as identified by the Regional STMVA Lead, Deputy Regional Training Manager, and Hospital Directors.
  • Ensure that all training has an inclusive approach and can evidence best practice.
  • Work with sites to ensure they have access to the required learning opportunities, working in the designated geographic area.
  • React positively to hot topics, changes in legislation, governing body impacts, or corporate policy changes.
  • Participate in the review/design process of training packages and related policies on a predetermined basis.

Requirements

  • Engaging presentation and delivery skills.
  • Qualification as a GSA STMVA Trainer (or willingness to gain the qualification).
  • Evidence of training experience.
  • Experience of working within a CAMHS or Mental Health setting.
  • Competence in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Current driving license.
  • Ability to stay away from home base as required.
