In this role, you will primarily support our CAMHS services across the London, Southeast, and East Anglia regions. As the Regional Training Coordinator, your focus will be on delivering high-quality classroom and virtual training, providing on-site coaching, and assisting in all facets of necessary training, including the Therapeutic Management of Violence and Aggression (MVA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating training sessions as part of the induction program, refresher courses, and specialized departmental training.
  • Collaborating with the Regional STMVA Lead, Deputy Regional Training Manager, and Hospital Directors to address training needs.
  • Ensuring that all training initiatives are inclusive and reflect best practices.
  • Working closely with various sites to guarantee access to essential learning opportunities within the designated geographic area.
  • Responding proactively to emerging topics, legislative changes, and updates in corporate policies.
  • Participating in the review and design of training materials and related policies as required.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
  • Qualification as a GSA STMVA Trainer (or willingness to obtain this qualification).
  • Demonstrated experience in training roles.
  • Background in CAMHS or mental health environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
