Therapeutic Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our team in Cannock. As a key member of our residential care home, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to children and young people with learning disabilities, Autism, epilepsy, and associated behaviors.
About the Role:
- Experience in residential childcare environments is preferred but not essential; what's most important is your passion for making a difference in the lives of our young people.
- You will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote growth, independence, and empowerment.
- Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure we provide 24/7 support to our residents.
Our Commitment to You:
- A competitive salary of £12.59 - £13.34 per hour, plus benefits that include a pension scheme, annual employee awards evening, and company vehicle use when in work.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
- No specific qualifications are required, but experience in residential childcare or related fields is preferred.
