About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at our Supported Living service in King's Heath, Birmingham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a young adult with complex disabilities, enabling them to live an active and fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the individual with daily living skills, personal care, and encouraging participation in activities that promote health and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the individual, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality service that meets the individual's needs and exceeds organisational expectations.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and a can-do approach.
  • Caring and empathetic nature.
  • Passion for enhancing the lives of others.
  • Ability to attend training as needed to support you in your role.
