We are seeking a caring and reliable support worker to join our client\u2019s support package in the Worcester area. Our client is a 45-year-old gentleman who has memory problems and epilepsy resulting from a brain injury. He is seeking a proactive support worker to enable him to be more independent and achieve his potential.

This role involves supporting our client with everyday tasks, including attending appointments and shopping trips, general help around the home, and helping him to keep his diary up-to-date. You will also help to order and organise his medication, and provide support with prompts and reminders.

The ideal candidate will have a good level of education, good communication skills, and an enhanced DBS disclosure. You will also need to be willing to commit to long-term care for one client in a person-centred way and be trained to CQC standards to meet the client\u2019s needs.

We offer a range of benefits, including an hourly rate of £11.67, a company pension scheme, enhanced bank holiday payments, and annual leave. You will also receive full support and supervision from your dedicated Regional Care Lead and local HCD Community Nurse Assessor.

  • A good level of education
