Job Title: Senior AML Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AML Analyst to join our team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE. As a key member of our risk and compliance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new and existing clients, ensuring that all procedures align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct complex due diligence on client structures and assist in the development of effective risk management strategies.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support a medium-sized team, providing guidance on workload management and technical queries.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on team outputs to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • AML Expertise: Act as a point of escalation for client-facing teams on AML matters, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives that enhance and grow the KYC function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AML compliance, with a solid background in accounting or a related professional services organization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of AML regulations and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly with MS Office.
