Key Responsibilities- Attract and Hire Top Talent
- Develop and execute a comprehensive early careers recruitment strategy to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Plan and manage assessment centers for graduate and apprenticeship schemes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Design and Facilitate Development Programs
- Collaborate with heads of department and L&D specialists to design and deliver development programs that build retail skills for the future.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to support the growth and development of early-career professionals.
- Foster a Positive Work Environment
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages personal growth, performance, and development.
- Monitor engagement, retention, and performance of early-career talent, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Build Strong Relationships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior managers to understand their talent needs and ensure alignment with the early careers strategy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for early-career colleagues, providing guidance, support, and coaching throughout their journey.
- Proven experience in early careers recruitment and development, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Experience in planning and running assessment centers.
- Strong understanding of talent management and development principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
