About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Careers Talent Partner to join our team at Ocado Retail Ltd. As a key member of our talent acquisition and development function, you will play a critical role in attracting, hiring, and developing talented early-career professionals across a range of specialisms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attract and Hire Top Talent
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive early careers recruitment strategy to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
    • Plan and manage assessment centers for graduate and apprenticeship schemes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Design and Facilitate Development Programs
    • Collaborate with heads of department and L&D specialists to design and deliver development programs that build retail skills for the future.
    • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to support the growth and development of early-career professionals.
  • Foster a Positive Work Environment
    • Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages personal growth, performance, and development.
    • Monitor engagement, retention, and performance of early-career talent, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Build Strong Relationships
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior managers to understand their talent needs and ensure alignment with the early careers strategy.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for early-career colleagues, providing guidance, support, and coaching throughout their journey.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in early careers recruitment and development, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Experience in planning and running assessment centers.
  • Strong understanding of talent management and development principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
