We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Commercial department in Kettering, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing membership, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the Sales team to achieve annual sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase membership and sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Organize events and exhibitions to promote our services
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams in achieving business objectives
- Demonstrable experience of leading and inspiring a sales team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-driven sales background with a proven track record of success
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competent in Microsoft Office and digital client management systems
- Experience of organizing and delivering events
- Ability to travel internationally, occasionally over weekends
