We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and leadership to our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are prioritized.
  • Manage the care home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager.
  • Report and monitor residents' health issues, administering medication as needed.
  • Take responsibility for a specific part of the care home, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Deliver exceptional leadership and mentorship to staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid PIN number.
  • Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to advocate for a person-centred approach to care.
  • Recognition and action on signs of abuse, harm, or neglect.
