About Us:

We are Technical Prospects Ltd, a reputable and established business based near York. We are currently recruiting for a Facilities & Fleet Manager to join our team due to continued growth.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our clients' buildings and facilities, as well as their transport fleet. They will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of company property, planning and managing building works and maintenance, and arranging contractors as needed.

This role requires a high level of expertise in facilities and fleet management, with a strong understanding of compliance and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of EU driver regulations and proficiency in general IT systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the facilities department">
  • Plan and manage the schedule of relevant building works and maintenance">
  • Ensure proactive and reactive maintenance is completed fully and efficiently">
  • Manage the transport fleet, including annual maintenance and repairs">
  • Lead negotiations with services and suppliers to secure the best service for cost">
  • Keep up-to-date on all safety registrations linked to the facility">

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £43,000 per annum, plus great benefits. The position is based at our clients' office near York and is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
