Morson Talent is currently seeking a skilled Electrical Bias Specialist to join their team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to work as a Maintenance Technician with an electrical bias. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining and repairing electrical systems, identifying and resolving technical issues, and implementing safety protocols to prevent accidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of electrical equipment
  • Analyze and troubleshoot electrical system problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair history and asset inventory
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of electrical systems, circuit analysis, and control systems
  • Experience working with electrical testing equipment, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
