Senior Cost Manager

As a Senior Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage commissions of varying sizes, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and to the right quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the estimating and cost planning stages, including presenting the final cost plan to the client.
  • Conduct the role of contract administrator, including dealing effectively with post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
  • Negotiate and agree final accounts with clients.
  • Interface with clients, project managers, and other consultants at all project stages.
  • Work collaboratively with Turner & Townsend's project management team during project delivery.
  • Lead a cost management team, ensuring that they deliver on all accountabilities.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of cost management procedures, templates, and products.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a professional network of peers and potential clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
