Procurement Manager Opportunity at Informa Tech

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our Operations team, focusing on global third-party vendor management. This role will play a crucial part in the growth of our media content brands.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to take charge of strategic partnerships and supplier relationships, working closely with various teams across the organization.

  • Vendor Management: Manage global third-party vendor relationships (vendors, freelancers, contractors, and sole traders), ensuring effective collaboration with content creation teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality and performance of third parties to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Foster collaboration with all strategic partners and suppliers, driving value through proactive relationship management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Closely work with Global Procurement and Compliance teams, as well as other departments such as Technology, Research, Finance, and HR.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Media and Content Creation Expertise: Knowledge of operational and business processes for media and content creation, delivering high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective results.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A genuine affinity for problem-solving, with an inquisitive and positive mindset to overcome complex challenges.
  • Procurement Processes: Knowledge of procurement processes, including negotiation, contract management, and risk assessment.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
