Job Overview

We are seeking a Rehabilitation and Community Support Professional to join our team in Liverpool. As a Probation Service Officer, you will work directly with a caseload of high-risk offenders and have the opportunity to make a difference in their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Writing Pre-Sentence Reports
  • Preparing reports for court
  • Updating offender records on the electronic system
  • Managing and enforcing community orders and monitoring attendance
  • Completing breach reports
  • Court duty as required
Requirements
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to develop productive working relationships with other agencies and your team
  • Good IT skills
  • A current Enhanced DBS check
Benefits

£20.07 per hour (Umbrella) or £15.40 PAYE
