About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled CRO Specialist to lead our digital optimization efforts as a key member of our team at Harnham. As a CRO Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision making and strategic experimentation.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to optimize user experience and drive conversions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRO best practices into product development and marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform optimization strategies
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions


Requirements


  • Strong experience with Adobe Target and other digital optimization tools
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through CRO efforts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills


What We Offer


  • A competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000 (dependent on experience)
