SEN Teacher and Mentor

Red 5 People is seeking an accomplished SEN Teacher and Mentor to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate individuals with learning disabilities and autism to reach their full potential.
You will teach functional skills English and Maths, embed employability and life skills, and work closely with employers, family, and job coaches to ensure successful placement outcomes. Our program is designed to prepare learners for employment, and you will play a vital role in shaping their future careers.
We require either a Level 3 (PTLLS) or a level 5 (DTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent) teaching qualification, or a minimum of 2 years experience teaching SEN learners in a group setting.
The salary for this position ranges from £28,653 to £31,886, depending on your teaching qualification. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and career growth.
