Kings Recruitment Consultants is working with a client from the educational supply sector to recruit a Sales Support & Customer Services Manager on a permanent basis. The role offers a flexible working arrangement, with 3 days from home, 1 day in Waltham Abbey, and 1 day in Chigwell.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to each customer, handling and resolving reports of missing or damaged products, or other issues communicated to the sales team.
- Manage the administration, procurement, and distribution of Christmas/Holiday cards and gifts to customers.
- Offer general support and administrative assistance as required.
- Load and maintain products/images on the company website as needed.
- Experience working within a sales/customer support environment is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including intermediate-level Excel and Outlook, plus mail merge in Word and basic PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks/Purchase Order system/Client Relationship Management (CRM) system is desirable.
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a keen focus on customer service.
- A flexible attitude to ensure priorities are constantly assessed and delivered on.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and remotely without supervision.
