As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to developing and maintaining relationships with schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment cycle, including sourcing and attracting candidates, and developing and maintaining relationships with schools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, understanding their staffing needs and providing expert advice.
  • Work to achieve targets with excellent earning potential through uncapped commission.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both schools and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or recruitment is preferred, but not required (education recruitment experience is a bonus).
