About the Role:

The Lignum Group is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our Roofing Division in the Southern Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing regional sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in the building products or roofing industry.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
