Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Buyers Admin Assistant to join our team at Mountain Warehouse Ltd. This role is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of buying and procurement, ensuring seamless communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve branding and artwork submissions for product development.
  • Assist in reviewing stock, sales, and orders, overseeing stock management systems.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure project completion.
  • Manage critical path, monitor orders from development to delivery.
  • Manage sample process, ensuring designs and fabrications meet brand requirements.
  • Liaise with QC, accounts, and Web team for samples and photography.
  • Sign off invoices and shipping documents.
  • Approve PTS for shipments.
  • Liaise with merchandising and warehouse for smooth delivery.

About You:

  • Ambitious individual with desire to grow and improve processes.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel or equivalent.
  • Awareness of market trends and ability to adapt to changes in demand.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and suppliers.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
