About the Role

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth, maximize commercial opportunities, and ensure profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff development, retention, and engagement
  • Proactively lead our business objectives, aligning with the company's vision of 'operational excellence'

Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-paced operation, preferably in a food-led pub, restaurant, or hotel
  • A clean driving license and ability to work flexible hours
