Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator / Receptionist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Manage our reception area, including greeting clients, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Competitive salary depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- 22 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), increasing by one day per five years of service (up to a maximum of 24 days).
