Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Zenoot Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and a coordinator, with full autonomy across projects and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Site Leadership
    Collaborate with the site leadership team to ensure best-in-class health and safety practices are implemented and maintained.
  2. Team Development
    Develop and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  3. Process Improvement
    Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, increasing efficiency and productivity across the site.
  4. System Utilization
    Develop and optimize the utilization and effectiveness of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other systems.
  5. Production Support
    Support the Site Manager and production teams in developing and achieving production metrics, driving business growth and success.

Requirements

  1. Engineering Background
    A strong engineering background with relevant qualifications and experience in manufacturing plant and equipment maintenance.
  2. Manufacturing Expertise
    Proven experience in increasing production capacity through people and systems, with a focus on manufacturing operations.
  3. Leadership Experience
    Relevant managerial and leadership experience, with a track record of delivering CAPEX projects and driving business growth.
