Job Summary:

As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining recycling equipment on a reactive and scheduled basis. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and maintaining recycling equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with the service planning supervisor, technical manager, and operations director to achieve efficient and safe delivery
  • Completing all paperwork and electronic data as required by PHS Group Ltd. or the customer
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock usage and equipment maintenance
  • Ensuring company-issued equipment and vehicles are used safely and in accordance with PHS Group Ltd. policies
Requirements:
  • Service engineering, electrical, or hydraulic background with experience in fault-finding and repair
  • City & Guilds in electrical and mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • Competent in the use of electrical and hydraulic test equipment
  • Sound knowledge of single and three-phase electrical equipment and hydraulic circuits
  • Mature, disciplined approach, and excellent personal administrative and customer care skills
