Field Engineer

Focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, we are looking for a highly skilled Field Engineer - Digital Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our field support team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining complex digital solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure a wide range of digital solutions, including hardware and software components.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support and maintenance services to clients.
- Offer high-quality customer experience in relation to the installation or maintenance of clients' digital services.
- Support the delivery of small, medium, and large projects as part of a team.
- Liaise with project management teams, 3rd line engineers, and service desk engineers on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an IT or telecoms support or delivery role.
- Ability to be flexible as you may be required to adjust working hours or stay over on some larger project work.
- Full valid UK driving license for field roles.
- Experience with the Microsoft technology stack including Windows Desktop, Windows Server, M365.
Estimated Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 (Plus vehicle allowance or van)
