Senior Contracts and Procurement Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join our team on a locum basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law and procurement, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a caseload of contracts and procurement matters with minimal supervision
  • Work on social care, public health, and housing contracts
  • Provide expert advice on contract law and procurement
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies
  • Collaborate with internal departments and clients to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister, CILEx) with prior experience working for a local authority
  • Good knowledge of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
