SSEMH Teaching Assistant Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Emotional Support Specialist to join our team in Redditch. As a key member of the SEMH team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing emotional and academic support to students with SEMH needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Contributing to classroom management and lesson planning, ensuring a smooth and productive teaching experience.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum 6 months' experience working in an educational setting, preferably in SEMH schools.
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting students with SEMH needs.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive daily rate of £85, reflecting their valuable contributions to the SEMH team.
