The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing service needs, supervising staff, promoting equality, and ensuring effective communication. They will also assist with staff recruitment, training, and performance management, while maintaining a supportive and safe environment for service users.

This role requires a commitment to working a Saturday, Sunday, and Monday night shift pattern. The ideal candidate will have an HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3 and be working towards a management qualification, with relevant experience and basic computer skills.

Candidates must have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
