As a Sales Support Consultant at AXA Global Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in managing enquiries and onward referrals related to our insurer panels' Country Risk appetite. This includes day-to-day quote activity for the Large Corporate New Business team. You will also support with onboarding Large Corporate new business as required.

In this position, you will facilitate the quote process for Large Corporate new business, input and maintain Large Corporate information within Distribution CRM system, coordinate global risk acceptance activities, and maintain the Country Risk database representing the current risk appetite of our insurers. Additionally, you will support Large Corporate onboarding activities, develop positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners, and provide support to colleagues on other activities owned within the team.

Job Description
  • Facilitate the quote process for Large Corporate new business, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of quotes.
  • Input and maintain Large Corporate information within Distribution CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Coordinate global risk acceptance activities for SME and Large Corporate business sales opportunities, collaborating with internal Risk and Compliance teams.
  • Maintain the Country Risk database, representing the current risk appetite of our insurers.
  • Support Large Corporate onboarding activities, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide support to colleagues on other activities owned within the team, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess prior use or knowledge of the Salesforce platform, competent use of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications, commercial awareness, and an understanding of the corporate business environment. You should also have a working knowledge of Health insurance products available from AXA Global Healthcare and in the marketplace, customer-focused skills, questioning and listening skills, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, and be energetic, driven, motivated, focused, and organized.
