We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at First Choice Selection Services. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Contract Documents: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and schedules of rates to facilitate the invitation of tenders and quotations.
  • Contract Administration: Correctly interpret contract terms and conditions, ensuring adherence to original agreements and contracts.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets, receive tenders and quotations, evaluate prices, check documents, and prepare agreements and contracts.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with relevant departments, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A degree or equivalent qualification in a building or construction discipline.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Driving License: A full UK driving license is required.
  • Security Clearance: Willingness to undergo an Access NI police check.
