Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our client's Family Office in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the procurement function and implementing strategies to enhance business efficiency and reduce project costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement processes to optimize business efficiency and reduce project costs
  • Lead complex procurement exercises, including tender documentation, evaluation strategies, supplier assessment, and contract negotiation
  • Manage the procurement function, identifying areas for continuous improvement and mitigating risk within the procurement lifecycle
  • Develop a value-for-money and agile procurement strategy for a commercial organization
  • Negotiate and draft commercial contracts
  • Conduct in-depth spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
  • Analyze supplier performance and spending data, presenting key findings in a clear and impactful manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement and purchasing within the construction and real estate industry in London
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement procurement strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear and impactful manner
