Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the execution of securitisation platforms, advise on related regulatory landscapes, and manage existing and new platforms. As a Securitisation Platforms Manager, you will support Treasury's Principal Funding and Securitisation teams in their day-to-day management and provide strategic guidance on complex regulatory issues.

  • Work closely with Treasury teams to develop and implement securitisation strategies
  • Advise on regulatory requirements, including Securitisation Regulation, CRR, and ring-fencing regime
  • Collaborate with external counsel to mitigate risk and control costs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Finance Regulatory Policy and tax teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified lawyer (English law) with significant experience in securitisation and regulatory compliance
  • Proven track record of managing governance committees and implementing control processes
  • Detailed knowledge of UK regulatory framework and excellent communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving and ability to present complex analysis to stakeholders
