Academic Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at an Ofsted outstanding SEMH provision in Oxford. As a Graduate Education Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of lessons to maximize classroom time.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people with additional needs, specifically SEMH, ASD, ADHD. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling them to work with colleagues and students at all levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of lessons
- Working collaboratively alongside staff members as part of a team
- Building strong relationships with vulnerable children
