Inclusive Learning Assistant

In this rewarding role as an Inclusive Learning Assistant, you will play a vital part in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Based in a secondary school in Bury, you will work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored support to students aged 11-16.
Responsibilities:- Provide specialist support to students with SEN, including 1:1 interventions and group sessions.
- Work closely with students to promote their integration in the classroom and social interactions.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Qualifications: Qualified and trained to support students with SEN.
- Safeguarding: Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- DBS Check: Enhanced DBS check required.
