Learning and Inclusion Lead

Oaklp is proud to offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead our Learning and Inclusion programme. As a Learning and Inclusion Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students.
Your key responsibility will be to develop and implement innovative strategies to address the diverse needs of our pupils, working closely with our teaching staff to drive academic excellence and inclusivity.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, alongside a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement evidence-based support programmes for pupils with specific needs and outcomes
- Lead and facilitate professional development opportunities for teaching staff
- Cultivate strong relationships with parents and the wider community
