We're looking for dedicated volunteers to support our Dementia Friendly Creative Connections project, creating a safe space for individuals with dementia to explore their creativity.

About the Role:

This volunteer opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to make a positive impact on the lives of others, while developing valuable skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Open Access Arts facilitators in delivering engaging workshops and events, focusing on inclusivity and accessibility.
  • Engage with participants, promoting social interaction and building meaningful relationships.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the project.
Requirements:
  • Have an open mind and a willingness to learn, embracing new experiences and challenges.
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing ideas and expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration and empathy.
