Senior Dementia Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Residential Senior Care Assistant to lead our care team and provide high-quality care to our residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of carers
- Training and supervising staff
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities
- Administering medication and reviewing care plans
- Liaising with GPs and family members
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Previous experience in a residential care setting
- Team leadership skills and ability to make decisions to support residents' needs
The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
