Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Godiva Limited. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting results to the management team.
- Develop and implement financial reporting systems to provide accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders.
- Support the development of business cases and financial models to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage and maintain the company's financial systems, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
- Manage and develop the Finance team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong financial management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
