Facilities Management Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Associate to join our team at Dalkia UK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our office spaces to ensure optimal productivity and employee well-being.

You will work closely with our site management team to ensure that our properties are space utilization planned and coordinated correctly. With your expertise in CAD software, you will develop and maintain accurate construction drawings and details.

About the Role:

  • Manage office spaces to optimize productivity and employee well-being.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address space-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain accurate construction drawings and details.
  • Conduct design reviews and value engineering to ensure optimal space utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, space planning, or interior design.
  • Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
