Facilities Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Planner to join our team at Dalkia UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to utilise their expertise in contract space planning and management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking contract space planning of internal new and existing buildings on the Sizewell C Estate, ensuring facilities provide a safe environment for workers to focus on their tasks.
Salary: £38,000 per annum.
Location: Sizewell C site near Leiston.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop construction drawings and details for project requirements
- Collaborate with Managers and Finance to support financial processes related to the contract and coordinate additional costs with suppliers or subcontractors
- Analyse business issues, category trends, and presentation opportunities to inform product merchandising decisions
- Significant experience with computer-aided design/drafting software, AutoCAD, or similar
- Expert knowledge of CAD software
- Familiarity with various collaboration tools, including videoconferencing and mobile technology
- Knowledge of Health and Safety within an office environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Clean Driving License
- Strong client-facing skills
