Dalkia UK is seeking a highly skilled Space Planner to join their team at the Sizewell C site near Leiston. This permanent opportunity offers a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking contract space planning of internal new and existing buildings on the Sizewell C Estate. This involves ensuring that facilities provide a safe and secure environment that enables workers to concentrate on their business activities.
You will be an integral part of the site management team in ensuring that the Sizewell C properties are space utilisation planned and co-ordinated correctly.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in internal design and provide guidance on office refurbishment and expansions.
- Plan project requirements by developing construction drawings and details.
- Perform design review, value engineering, and construction management for all in-house projects.
- Self-motivated and assure that all planograms produced are accurate based on the information supplied and follow the Merchandising Guidelines set by Management.
- Contribute to the overall merchandising of products per store by creating planograms based on assortment plans, new product and seasonal sets, which is provided by management.
- Analyse business issues, category trends on presentation opportunities.
- Ensure product flow and adjacencies across each department by using MAP assortments, work with RACMS to develop approved floor layouts and department flow.
- Create and build new planograms and space plans.
- Ensure electronic and paper records, including reports are completed in a timely manner.
- Working closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and coordinating any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors.
- Managing all queries from both internal and external customers and clients through to conclusion.
