We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Health and Safety Professional to join our team at Gardline. As an Assistant Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our HSE function to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the promotion and implementation of continual improvement of the HSE function and basic site safety throughout the business.
  • Support the development and maintenance of our behavioural safety programme, NINA.
  • Conduct site audits, vessel audits, and vessel visits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist with project documentation, including risk assessments.

Requirements

  • Competent IT skills, with experience in word and excel.
  • High standard of written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driver's license.
  • Some work experience, ideally with HSE exposure in a workplace.
